Total Service Concept: relieving the fire brigade of all its worries!

You may recognise this situation: you are responsible for the maintenance and condition of all your vehicles – perhaps even at more than one location – and you have a number of requirements.

The Concept

The principles of our Total Service Concept are these:

• We will put together a concept, comprising a number of different modules, fully geared to your specific desires, circumstances and fleet.
• This concept will, if you so desire, cover all maintenance and all relevant inspection of your entire fleet, regardless of size, age and composition.
• Periodically (typically annually) we will carry out all relevant work per vehicle or batch of vehicles, all at once, either on site or in Hoogeveen.
• You need only make one single appointment, take the vehicle out of the schedule only once, and you will receive one single invoice with a complete and crystal-clear overview of your costs.
• If we find any problems, we can, if you so desire, take care of repairs or replacement of the parts in question.

• As a total supplier, we cover the entire vehicle. We relieve users of all worries by taking over planning and coordination: you will only need to do business with a single party.
• Your vehicle is taken from the schedule only once, and only for a very short time. If necessary, we can provide a substitute. Most of our activities, however, will take place on site (including the pump performance test).
• We work only with professional mechanics and equipment (like calibrated measuring equipment, digital pump tests and highly educated technical and inspection staff).
• You will receive a single invoice, making it easy to budget the costs without having to do any additional administrative work.
• We charge all-in rates (including call-out fees etc., without unforeseen costs).
• You will work with a single contact for uncomplicated communication, planning and evaluation.
• We guarantee clear reporting per vehicle, provided on CR-ROM or directly to your management system.
• We provide a demonstrable inspection status in connection with liability issues. You will comply with all statutory inspection requirements (NEN 3140, strain tests etc.); if so desired, your station equipment can also be included in our inspection schedule.
• We see to the optimum technical condition of your tools and equipment.
• We facilitate serious services by professional partners.
• We carry out the work on site, so your response capacity is affected only minimally.
• You can count on expert, certified service mechanics and inspection staff.
• We provide professional equipment and testing conditions.
• We provide sound reports and feedback.
• We not only offer inspection and maintenance activities, but can also see to any repairs or replacements. In other words: not only will we detect any problems, but we also provide the solution, implemented by the same team.
• You can use substitute transport (Dutch Rescue Vehicles offers a rental fleet of brand new fire engines).
• We are ISO 9001:2008 certified.
